The squeeze
Enquiries go unanswered, MoMo screenshots get checked by hand, and the same quote is typed twice.
You know AI could help. You just do not know where to start, or who to trust.
Why us
Four promises we keep on every job, large or small.

You see a written scope and a price in GH₵ before we start. Anything extra is agreed first.

WhatsApp, MoMo, your phone and your accounting tool. We connect what you have, so nobody learns a new app.

We say what we store, where and who sees it. Customers know when it is AI.

AI drafts and suggests. You decide what customers see, and we train your team.
How it works
Thirty free minutes on WhatsApp, a call or video. We look at your messages, payments and admin, then tell you what to automate first.
A written scope, a fixed price and a deposit. We build in small steps, test with your real examples and fix what you find.
Your team learns the system on your own tools. After launch we stay on call while it settles into your day.

Larger organisations
Start with one small, measured pilot inside your own rules, then scale only what works.
Banks, construction firms, retail chains, NGOs and corporates can start with the one process that costs their staff the most hours. We agree how success is measured, pilot it with a small group on your systems, and review the evidence with you before anything grows.

It sets up AI inside the tools your business already uses, so routine work happens without you. That means a WhatsApp assistant that answers customers, MoMo payments that confirm and reconcile themselves, and an AI receptionist for calls. Smarter Systems GH is an AI implementation company, what some call an AI agency: we design, build and support these set-ups, then train your team to run them.
For example, a pharmacy in Kumasi might start with a WhatsApp assistant that answers stock questions at night and sends a MoMo payment request when a customer orders. A bank or a retail chain might start with staff training and one small pilot. Our voice agent works in English only, and a person always decides what customers are told about prices or problems.
Our done-for-you assistant, Grow OS, starts at GH₵4,000 as a fixed fee. A WhatsApp AI agent starts around GH₵4,500, MoMo automation around GH₵5,000 and a voice receptionist around GH₵9,000. These prices are indicative and exclude VAT and third-party fees such as Meta messaging. We confirm the final price after a free audit.
For example, a shop that needs WhatsApp answered and orders taken starts with the WhatsApp agent, and adds MoMo automation when it wants payments matched to orders. Builds under GH₵10,000 are paid as a 50 percent deposit and 50 percent on handover. Larger organisations get a scoped proposal with a fixed price, a timeline and acceptance criteria. Monthly support, where you want it, is billed in advance.
For auto-replies, a catalogue and quick replies, no: the free WhatsApp Business app is enough. For an AI agent, several staff on one number, payment links or business-started messages, yes: you need the WhatsApp Business Platform (the API), which is paid. We tell you which one fits your business during the free audit.
For example, a salon that takes a few bookings a day can run well on the free app with quick replies and a catalogue. A pharmacy chain with several staff on one number, or a school sending fees reminders to every parent, needs the Business Platform. The Platform also carries Meta message fees, which we explain before you decide. You can start on the app and move to the Platform later.
Yes, for the networks your payment provider supports. We connect them through licensed providers such as Paystack or Hubtel, and confirm coverage before we build. Customers approve a prompt on their phone, and the payment is matched to the order automatically. The provider's fees are separate, and we show them to you up front.
For example, a customer orders on WhatsApp, gets a payment prompt for the exact amount and approves it on their phone. The payment is matched to the order, a receipt goes out, and your records update without anyone checking a screenshot. If a payment fails or comes in short, the system flags it for your staff. Money never moves without the customer approving it.
It stays yours. We collect only what the job needs, tell you where it is stored and which AI providers process it, and handle it under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843). Customers are told when they are talking to an AI and can ask for a person. The full explanation is on our AI and your data page.
For example, a clinic's reminder system needs a patient's name, phone number and appointment time, not their medical history, so that is all it keeps. For larger organisations we give a written record of which providers process the data and in which country, and we work inside your own IT and security rules. Nothing is kept longer than the job needs.
It depends on the job. Grow OS is the quickest to set up, a WhatsApp agent or MoMo automation takes longer, and a custom tool longer still. You get a written timeline before you pay a deposit. Delays usually come from waiting on approvals, such as WhatsApp message template review, rather than from the build itself.
For example, a WhatsApp agent cannot send business-started messages until Meta approves the message templates, so we submit them early. For a bank or another larger organisation, the pilot runs with a small group for a set period before anything rolls out further. Each stage is in the written timeline, and nothing is billed beyond the agreed scope. If an approval holds things up, we tell you and adjust the timeline.
No. We point AI at the repetitive work: copying details between tools, typing routine replies, checking payments and preparing reports. Your staff keep the approvals, the customer relationships and the judgement calls. AI can draft a reply, but a person decides what is said about prices, refunds or anything sensitive. The aim is more time for customers, not fewer people.
For example, AI can prepare a follow-up after a customer asks for a quote, but your salesperson checks the tone and the figure before it goes. In a bank, AI can sort incoming requests while officers keep every decision about a loan or a complaint. We then train your team on the new way of working until it feels normal.
Yes to both. Alongside owner-led businesses, we run AI strategy, pilots and staff training for banks, corporates, NGOs and other larger organisations, such as construction firms and retail chains. We serve businesses across Ghana, including Kumasi, Takoradi and Tamale, mostly online and over WhatsApp. Workshops and site visits outside Accra are by arrangement, with travel agreed beforehand.
For example, a retail chain might pilot one branch report before rolling it out to every branch, inside its own IT, security and compliance rules. We never make regulatory claims on your behalf. What we build works on a mid-range phone and patchy data, and runs in the cloud, so a power cut at your shop does not stop it answering.
